UCLA Ambulatory Care Complex

As Master Planner and Supervising Architect, HGA prepared the Master Plan of the 635,000 sq. ft. complex in a 50/50 joint venture with MBT. HGA held the direct A/E contract with the University of California for the entire project and were responsible for over 25 architectural and engineering firms under direct subcontract. related quote

The complex includes a five-story outpatient care center (DMJM - Project Architect), a three-story mental health center (Meyer and Allen - Project Architect), a seven-story medical office building and a five-story parking structure. The ambulatory care complex is the largest project undertaken by the University of California system. The MOB provides quality medical office space for 100 members of the clinical faculty at the UCLA School of Medicine. HGA/MBT was also Project Architect for the site development, medical office building and parking structure.
