Los Rios Community College District-American River College, Fine Arts Building Modernization

HGA is transforming the American River College's Fine Arts Building into a new Visual %26 Performing Arts facility equipped with the latest technology. The 27,000 SF first phase included renovating the theater to include a fly tower over the existing stage, and adding a new scene shop, recording studio, faculty office and practice rooms. The renovation also included upgrading mechanical and electrical systems. The second phase will nearly double the existing building to accommodate the growing demand for music and performing arts in the Sacramento Valley.
