CentraCare Health Plaza Clinic Expansion/Renovation
St. Cloud, MinnesotaThe CentraCare Ambulatory Surgery Center is an integral part of CentraCare's Health Plaza campus. HGA designed the campus to retain and reassert CentraCare's standing as central Minnesota's premier healthcare provider. Our designers devised the Health Plaza plan to facilitate expansion to nearly 1.5 million square feet in order to meet the needs of the area's rapidly growing population. In Phase 2, the Plaza was expanded to include the 22,000-square-foot Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). The ASC boasts four state-of-the-art, fully-integrated ORs, which are "same-handed" to ensure patient safety. The 12 "same-handed," private patient prep/recovery rooms maximize patient safety and family-centered care. HGA designed the ASC with flexibility and further expansion in mind; it can expand to double its original size. The ASC enables CentraCare to provide quality outpatient care to today's patients, with the capacity to meet the future needs of the communities it serves.
