HGA was challenged to respond to the qualities of a remarkable site while developing a workplace that supports the client's current and future culture. Breaking the mass into two wings maximizes workplace views. These offices with open curtain wall facades are placed for spectacular river vistas. Workstation layouts support the sense of neighborhood and community. Circulation patterns encourage the informal interaction required by workers of a modern information-based company.
