California State University-Northridge, Performing Arts Center

The CSUN Performing Arts Center will serve as a cultural hub for the university, San Fernando Valley and greater Los Angeles. As a state-of-the-art venue for symphony, opera, pops and Broadway performances, the Center will include a 1,700-seat multi-purpose professional performance hall with concert-quality acoustics, a 250-seat black box theatre, a 150-seat lecture room, as well as lab, rehearsal, dressing room and recording spaces. The Center will be the front door of the campus, welcoming students and the public to CSUN. The Center will open in 2009.
