France Place

HGA directed exterior and interior renovations to help reposition this 200,000-square-foot, nine-story office building into a prime corporate address. The design team selected warm, welcoming architectural elements to complement and enhance the building's existing modern features. Glass vestibules with new structural-steel protective canopies create visible, user-friendly building entrances. Public interior spaces glimmer anew with upscale surfaces and materials, coved ceilings, indirect lighting and new signage. The building's support areas include code upgrades, increasing marketability.
