This multi-phase office renovation for General Mills reflects the company's progressive culture while promoting innovation among departments. Unique design features include departmental "neighborhoods" that reflect individual identity. "Front Porches" further promote a sense of neighborhood to encourage informal gatherings. Strong wayfinding links commonly located conference rooms and business centers on each floor. Flexibly arranged office groupings benefit from natural light and exterior campus views.
