Beloit, WisconsinThe Kerry Group is a global food production, sales and marketing company seeking to improve collaboration across technology units and increase enterprise selling. The 260,000 SF Kerry Centre, being built on a 124-acre site in Beloit, Wisconsin, will serve as the corporate headquarters for Kerry Americas for the development and application of Kerry ingredients and beverage solutions. The design plan consists of four building blocks, including a Pilot Plant, a Laboratory Building, a Connector Building-Application Center, and an Office Building. The developmental laboratories and Pilot Plant facilities will promote research, while the application centers and a culinary theatre are designed to encourage customer collaboration.
Estimated completion is January 2009.
