Los Rios Community College District-American River College, Fine Arts Building Modernization

HGA transformed this existing 1958 Fine Arts Building for American River College into a visual %26 performing arts facility equipped with the latest in theater design and technology. The first phase included a complete renovation of the 27,000 square-foot theater as the design team added a fly tower over the existing stage, new scene shop, recording studio, faculty offices, and practice rooms. Phase II will include an addition that will nearly double the facility.
