Medical Associates Health Center, Crossings Spa

This 35,000 square-foot Health and Well-Being Center is part of a design-build project with the FCM Corporation for a 100-physician practice group. The facility departs from the traditional physician group-practice model. In addition to the typical primary-care and diagnostic-imaging components, the building features a fitness center, med-spa, retail health-resource store, and restaurant. Other programs components include complimentary medicine, child care, behavioral health, and executive health physicals.
