Minnesota Biobusiness Development Center

The innovative 150,000 SF Minnesota Bio Business Center is a mixed-use office building that will house private research-and-development companies. The 9-story building with ground-level retail is strategically located in downtown Rochester to feed off the synergy of the adjacent Central Business District, Mayo Clinic, University of Minnesota Rochester and Urban Village neighborhood. Flexibly designed to accommodate various business configurations and technologies, the building will help fuel collaborative bioscience research between businesses, medical-research institutions, and emerging biotechnology enterprises. LEED certification is pending.

Estimated completion is 2008.
