Napa Valley College, Performing Arts Center
Napa, CaliforniaThe new Performing Arts Center will support the educational needs for this community college and prep school 50 miles northeast of San Francisco. The planned facility includes a 500-seat proscenium theatre and a 150-seat studio/music theatre. The 1st level will house theatre support, studio theatre with catwalks, scene shop, costume studio, and acting studio. The 2nd level will include performance, lobby and terrace, and public entry from the parking lot, while the 3rd level will include music rehearsal space, choral rehearsal, orchestral rehearsal, practice rooms, piano classrooms. The facility is sited on the east side of campus as a public/community outreach building.
Estimated completion is August 2010.
