Madison, WisconsinThe adaptive-reuse of the former Alliant Energy corporate headquarters has transformed the building into a multi-tenant, high-tech incubator. Another part of the transformation is the make over of the facade to stainless steel cladding providing a striking presence. A new entrance atrium is being added. Together, the atrium and the new facade will provide a more inviting streetscape and environment for both building occupants and passersby. The new master plan addresses both current and future needs. With the high demand for downtown parking, the master plan responds by calling for a 4-story parking structure to be added. And when the marketplace demand allows, the plan also provides for an 11-story tower addition of more than 150,000 SF.
