Retek

Retek's corporate headquarters occupies 240,000 SF over six floors in the 900 North Nicollet tower in downtown Minneapolis. Two-story "living rooms" were developed between every two floors to promote inter-departmental communication. These loft type spaces serve as natural gathering points for meetings, departmental gatherings and small group interaction.
The residential quality of the design provides an appropriate environment for over 1,000 employees.
