San Bernardino Valley College, Media/Communications, Humanities/Music and Chemistry/Physical Sciences
San Bernardino, CaliforniaHGA was the design architect for the programming and design phases of three new buildings on the campus of San Bernardino Valley College. The Media/Communications building will be home to the primary public radio station of the region and will house classrooms, computer labs, offices, and audio production module rooms. It will also contain KVCR Channel 24, the first TV station owned by a community college in Southern California, and it's associated components such as offices, workrooms, broadcast studios, control rooms and a green room. The Humanities/Music building will contain a 180-seat performance hall, music labs, classrooms, offices, and practice rooms. The Chemistry/Physical Sciences building will contain classrooms, labs, prep spaces, offices and meeting spaces.
