Select Comfort Corporate Headquarters

The Select Comfort Corporate Headquarters is an innovative workplace that expresses the Select Comfort brand and corporate culture. The project was a collaboration between OPUS and HGA. OPUS was the developer, builder, and designer of the building "core and shell," while HGA designed the interior and consulted on the exterior brand expressions and signage. The 168,646-square-foot headquarters features a reception area and board room, product showroom, forum and gymnasium, training rooms, conference rooms, cafeteria, and team-oriented office spaces forming department neighborhoods. Design touches such as a fireplace evokes a welcoming atmosphere, while architectural transparency reinforces internal visual connections, as well as exterior views to the adjacent wetlands. Furniture meets a "cradle-to-cradle" sustainability protocol.
