Fenton, MissouriThis $215 million replacement facility built near St. Louis, Missouri houses 158 inpatient care beds, an 85,000 SF medical office building, a 75,000 SF ambulatory care center and a parking deck. The campus creates a new type of healthcare experience, promote a caring, healing environment delivering service excellence for both outpatient and inpatient services.
Using a Work Process Improvement (WPI) method to achieve a balance between patient demand and available resources, decisions and information flow will come through an organizational structure comprised of four teams: Leadership, Experience, Transformation and Design. The process began with three workshops that engaged eight experience teams to create an environment that would foster the best patient experience for the new facility.
