Saint Clare's Hospital %26 Marshfield Clinic Weston Center

Weston, Wisconsin

In an architecturally creative, financially prudent move to fulfill the increasing healthcare needs of the growing population of north central Wisconsin, two major healthcare providers, Ministry Health Care and Marshfield Clinic, joined forces to build the $92.5 million, 650,000-square-foot Weston Regional Medical Campus. HGA's design enables seamless growth to 300% of the Phase One capacity. The state-of-the-art, all-digital campus has set a new standard for local and regional healthcare. The facility attracts both patients and medical professionals and promotes existing employee retention. HGA maximized cost effectiveness by placing suitable areas in less costly grades of construction. The clinic, hospital administrative offices and many outpatient services are housed in business-occupancy space, which generated a %25 cost savings. Some of the new hospital's program elements include:

  • Diagnostic and Treatment

  • Inpatient Bedtower

  • Emergency Services

  • Women's Center

  • Intensive Care Unit

  • Oncology and Radiology

  • Medical Office Building (Independent Practice Groups)
