Saint Joseph's Area Health Services Medical Office Building
Park Rapids, MinnesotaHGA's expansion and renovation for St. Joseph's Area Health Services in Park Rapids includes a new 51,000 SF clinic attached to the existing 25-bed Critical Access Hospital. The clinic building is a joint venture with physicians of Dakota Clinic. Nearly 2/3 of the existing hospital will be remodeled while remaining operational during the entire construction period. Remodeled departments include emergency, imaging, pharmacy, surgery, administration, medical-surgical nursing units, sleep studies, and physical and occupational therapies. In addition, a new ambulatory surgery unit and central plant will be constructed between the hospital and the clinic building. Estimated completion is 2008.
