Saint Luke's Community Medical Center at The Woodlands, Bed Tower Expansion

The 300,000 SF first phase of the Community Medical Center Woodlands by HGA includes a central hospital building flanked by an 84-bed patient care unit and a six-story medical office building. In this second phase, HGA is completing a 90-bed multi-story bed tower expansion that includes one 30-bed ICU and two 30-bed med/surgical units designed to accommodate future vertical expansion. The design harmonizes with the architectural detailing and character established in the first phase. Warm materials, colors and regional forms create a familiar and comforting environment for patients and staff. Completion is expected in 2008.
