Sutter Health, Roseville Medical Center Acute Rehabilitation Center
Roseville, CaliforniaHGA is providing architectural services to Sutter Roseville Medical Center for its new 106,500 SF Acute Rehabilitation Center. The building includes construction of a new two-story facility, with a lower level for infrastructure services for the entire campus. The first floor will house a 40-bed in-patient Rehabilitation Unit with shelled space for an additional 16 patient beds. The second floor will accommodate a 30-bed Ventilator Unit and ancillary support space needs, with 15,192 GSF for future growth. The lower level will include a central plant expansion, encompassing a new mechanical room, emergency generator room, and an electrical room. Estimated completion is November 2008.
