University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Harper/ Schramm/ Smith Halls Renovation

Harper, Schramm and Smith Halls are identical buildings constructed in the 1960s. The 10-story buildings incorporate a first-floor lobby, recreational area, computer lounge, and resident-manager's apartment. Renovations support students with new bathrooms accommodating increased privacy, lounges, kitchens on each floor, laundry facilities, study area, additional conference spaces, and upgraded mechanical, electrical and communication systems. First-floor lounges and recreation areas provides games and group furnishings, as well as much-needed vestibules.
