University of Wisconsin-Madison, Biotechnology/Genetics Center

The Wisconsin Biotechnology Center is a multidisciplinary facility that supports and advances biotechnology. The University's Genetics Department conducts plant, human and developmental genetic research. The Center is a five-story, 140,780 SF building located on a prominent corner of the University of Wisconsin Madison campus. The Genetics Center incorporates 23 lab modules consisting of one large lab and three small labs each. The Biotechnology Center has 18 lab modules, administrative space and conferencing facilities.
