Virtua Health Replacement Hospital Campus

This replacement hospital on a 120-acre healthcare campus will be a state-of-the-art inpatient facility connected to a regional ambulatory care facility, a medical office building, a support services building, and a central energy plant. New operational models and all-digital technologies are driving the design while enforcing the hospital's mission to create an environment that enhances the healing process. To create highly efficient yet realistic flows, HGA's process engineering team is helping the hospital's internal process-improvement team identify "gaps" that hinder their ability to move from their current to their idealized state.

Estimated completion is spring 2009.
