HGA Adds 19 New LEEDŽ Accredited Professionals
Minneapolis, MN - HGA Architects and Engineers (HGA) continues its longstanding commitment to sustainable design with the addition of 19 LEEDŽ Accredited Professionals to its staff in the first two quarters of 2008. New LEEDŽ AP's in the firm's national offices include:

The LEEDŽ Professional Accreditation program is managed by the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI) under the U.S. Green Building Council. LEEDŽ Accredited Professionals pass an exam in which they demonstrate proficiency in green building practices and principles outlined in the LEEDŽ Green Building Rating System%E2%84%A2.
HGA ranks among the top national firms for sustainable design based on revenue, as listed by Engineering News Record. In addition, HGA is winner of the National Environmental Stewardship Award for 2007 from the Construction Specification Institute for the "Practice of Sustainable Design, Promoting Environmental Awareness in the Construction Industry, and Educating others in the Advantages of Sustainable Design."
