HGA Welcomes Craig McInroy as Healthcare Principal in San Francisco Office

HGA is pleased to welcome Craig McInroy, AIA, as Associate Vice President and Healthcare Principal in the San Francisco office. He will help direct strategic growth and client relations for the office’s Healthcare Practice Group serving clients in northern California.

McInroy has more than 30 years of healthcare planning and design experience on large, complex hospitals, clinics and academic facilities in the Bay Area and nationally.

His project portfolio includes Children’s Hospitals, Acute Care Hospitals, Specialty Outpatient Facilities, Medical Office Buildings and Distinct Part Skilled Nursing Facilities for such clients as, Palomar Pomerado Health, Rady Children’s Hospital, and Mayo Clinic.

McInroy joins a growing team of healthcare design experts in San Francisco and throughout HGA’s eight national offices.

“HGA promotes an exciting culture for collaboration and innovation in healthcare planning and design,” said McInroy. “My own experience aligns well with the firm’s successful work with such clients as Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford, Sutter Health, and others. As Principal, I hope to access HGA’s deep resources as a springboard to expand our services further to meet the evolving opportunities within the healthcare industry.”

Before joining HGA, he directed healthcare work with several leading architecture firms in the Bay Area, including AECOM, where he was a Principal and Project Director, and Anshen + Allen, where he also served as a Principal.

McInroy has a Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

He is a licensed architect in California.
